The Complete Manufacturing Package

Are you struggling to get started with the manufacturing process? Do you want to ensure you are working ethically and in line with your business values?

This package is designed to get you from a place of uncertainty to feeling confident and ready for manufacturing.

We will work together for up to 6 months covering the below key steps to get you on the right track.

This intensive package will see us working closely together over a six-month period, so you can reach all your production goals with my ongoing support between each 1:1 session.

  • The time spent together is led by your needs at the time, we will have regular check-ins to see where we should focus each session.

    This could include:

    • What is ethical manufacturing, what does it mean for you?

    • Finding the right ethical suppliers for your business

    • Understanding the sourcing, sampling, and production process

    • How to get the most out of manufacturing & building relationships with your suppliers

    • Keeping an eye on your budget (I’m not a finance expert but I will help you look at your budget and keep it realistic)

  • • On going support between calls

    • Support post sampling, moving into and through production

    • Holding you accountable and keeping you motivated to achieve your results

  • We will have 6 x 60 minute calls over the period of 6 months ( or x 2 30-minute calls per month, 12 total), each one focussing on your needs at the time. After each call you will receive a video recording and actionable steps, I will be on hand for any support in between calls via email & voice notes.

  • You receive access to any relevant contacts in the industry. I have built a data base of 300 + suppliers.

    I will share any resources with you, such as production trackers and email templates.
