    • I will discuss ethics with manufacturers and feed this back to you

    • I will produce a report for you, showing the producers information and any other relevant contacts I may come across

    • Weekly updates throughout the process

    • A closing 30-minute closing call to hand over the next steps

  • Depending on business needs I will always aim to turn this around in 6-8 weeks

  • Depending on the scale of the project, this can be priced to relevant the level of attention needed.

Production Managment for Your Brand

Do you struggle with managing your production process? I can help! I work with a few select brands to support them with their production needs, working directly with the manufacturers I lead on the production requirements. Keeping you in the loop throughout the whole process, this is key.

Managing lead times, sampling processes, production requirements and all relevant details to ensure a smooth process for you and your business will be left up to me, enabling you to feel confident that everything is moving in the right direction, whilst you spend time on other areas of the business.

Given the time required to invest in the package, I work on a very limited amount of projects at a time. I will only take on projects that align with my ethical manufacturing values.
